5 lbs. Light malt extract
1 ½ lbs. Pilner malt
½ lb. Light crystal malt
2 oz. German Northern Brewer or Perle hops(Bittering)
2 oz. German Hallertauer hops(Flavoring)
1 oz. German Hallertauer hops(Finishing)
Nottingham ale yeast or Wyeast #1007

¾ cup Dextrose(Priming)



Mohmar's Special White Beer


5 ¼ lbs. Wheat malt extract
2 lbs. Wheat malt grain
¾ lb. Cara-pils malt
½ lb. Six-row malt
1 oz. Saaz hops(Bittering)
¾ oz. Cascades hops(Flavoring)
¼ oz. Cascades hops(Finishing)
¾ oz. Corriander fresh ground
¾ oz. Dried Curraco Orange peel
Wyeast #3944

¾ cup Dextrose(Priming)

Add Orange peel and Corriander duringt last 5 minites of the boil.
